1. General provisions
1.1. This document is a public offer within the meaning of Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine to conclude a distance sales contract on the terms below.
1.2. Seller: a sole proprietor (FOP) (details in the “Seller details” section). The online shop operates under the Queen Energy trademark at queenenergy.com.ua.
1.3. Buyer: any legally capable individual, sole proprietor or legal entity that places an order on the website, by phone or via a messenger.
1.4. The contract is concluded electronically under the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”. The offer is accepted when the buyer places an order (the “Place order” button) or pays for goods. From that moment the contract is concluded and is equivalent to a written contract.
1.5. By placing an order the buyer confirms they have read and accept this offer, the Privacy policy and the returns terms.
1.6. The seller may amend this offer. A new version applies from publication on the website and does not affect orders already confirmed.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The seller transfers goods (LiFePO4 batteries, power stations, inverters, backup power systems, components) into the buyer’s ownership, and the buyer accepts and pays for them.
2.2. Descriptions, photos and specifications on the website are for reference. Minor differences in colour, packaging or appearance that do not affect the product’s properties are not a defect.
2.3. Items marked “Built to order” are assembled to the buyer’s parameters. Configuration, lead time and prepayment are agreed individually and confirmed by a manager before assembly starts.
3. Placing an order
3.1. Orders can be placed on the website via the cart, by phone, on Telegram or Viber.
3.2. The buyer provides their full name, phone, e-mail (optional), city and Nova Poshta branch, and payment method, and is responsible for the accuracy of this data.
3.3. After an order is placed, a manager contacts the buyer to confirm availability, price and shipping date. The order is confirmed once agreed with the manager.
3.4. If an item is out of stock, the seller offers an alternative or a new date. The buyer may cancel the order and receive a full refund of any payment.
3.5. For items marked “Price on request”, the buyer submits a request and the seller quotes the price and terms individually.
4. Prices
4.1. Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH). The price of a confirmed order does not change.
4.2. Shipping is not included in the price and is paid at Nova Poshta rates unless stated otherwise on the website or at confirmation.
4.3. The seller may change prices on the website. In case of an obvious technical error in a price, the seller informs the buyer of the correct price before shipping; the buyer may accept it or cancel the order at no cost.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment methods:
- Visa or Mastercard online, Apple Pay, Google Pay via monobank internet acquiring (JSC Universal Bank). Card details are entered on the bank’s secure page; the seller never receives or stores them.

- Bank transfer by invoice — for companies and sole proprietors, by agreement.
5.2. For built-to-order items the seller may ask for a prepayment, agreed before assembly starts.
5.3. Payment is complete once funds reach the seller or are paid at the carrier’s branch. A receipt is issued in accordance with Ukrainian law.
6. Delivery

6.2. Pickup from the shop: 31B Heroiv Dnipra St, Kyiv, by appointment.
6.3. Built-to-order items ship once assembled; the lead time is given at order confirmation.
6.4. Ownership and the risk of accidental loss or damage pass to the buyer when the goods are collected.
6.5. Parcels are held at the branch under the carrier’s rules. If a parcel is not collected and is returned, the seller may deduct the two-way shipping cost from any prepayment.
7. Collection and inspection
7.1. The buyer inspects the parcel at the carrier’s branch: packaging integrity, number of pieces, completeness and appearance. Batteries and stations: no dents, swelling, traces of liquid or burning smell.
7.2. If there is damage or something is missing, the buyer draws up a claim report with the carrier’s staff, does not collect the parcel and notifies the seller. See Shipping & payment.
7.3. The carrier does not accept claims for physical damage or missing items after the parcel is handed over, so inspecting it on collection protects the buyer.
8. Exchange and returns
8.1. The buyer may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days of receipt (not counting the day of receipt) under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, provided the goods are unused and their condition, properties, seals, labels, packaging, contents and proof of payment are kept.
8.2. Goods of proper quality assembled or made to the buyer’s individual parameters, and goods on the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, cannot be returned.
8.3. The buyer pays for returning goods of proper quality. If the goods are defective or the seller made a mistake, the seller pays for shipping.

10.3. The parties are released from liability for force majeure (martial law, hostilities, power and communication outages, government decisions) confirmed in the established manner.
11. Personal data
