Bambu Lab and Snapmaker 3D printers in Kyiv — from our partner Queen Print

Queen Print is our sister 3D printing store: printers, filament and turnkey setup. You buy the printer there, and we help with power so a blackout does not ruin a 12-hour print.

Power for printing

Why a printer needs a power station or UPS

A long print runs 6–20 hours non-stop. If power drops even for a second, the printer stops, the part has to be printed again and the filament is wasted.

While printing, a printer draws on average 110–350 W. Bed heating at the start takes the most, then consumption drops. An enclosed printer running ABS or ASA with a heated chamber uses the most.

A power station with UPS mode switches to battery in milliseconds and the print keeps going. A 3–5 kWh LiFePO4 station runs the printer, router and lights through an evening blackout.
