Privacy policy

1. Who processes the data

The data controller is a sole proprietor (FOP) (details in the “Seller details” section), the Queen Energy online shop (queenenergy.com.ua). Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

2. What we collect

• When you order: full name, phone, e-mail (optional), city and Nova Poshta branch (delivery address), comment, order contents and total.
• In your account: e-mail, password (stored only as a scrypt hash), order history, favourites.
• In requests (“Price on request”, consultation): name, phone, message.
• Technical data: pages viewed, device and browser type, referral source. Our own statistics without third-party services; IP addresses are not stored.
• Card details never reach us: they are entered on monobank’s secure page.

3. Why

• to place, confirm and deliver your order and take payment;
• to handle exchanges, returns and warranty service;
• to answer questions and requests;
• to keep accounting and tax records as required by law;
• to improve the website using anonymous statistics and protect it from spam.

We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (when you place an order or request), the conclusion and performance of the sales contract (public offer), and the seller’s legal obligations.

5. Who we share data with

• Nova Poshta (Nova Poshta LLC) — name, phone, city and branch, cash-on-delivery amount: to deliver the parcel.
• monobank (JSC Universal Bank) — order number, amount and items: to accept online card, Apple Pay or Google Pay payment.
• Telegram — a notification to the shop owner about a new order or request (name, phone, items) in a private chat.
• E-mail service — order and account confirmation e-mails to you.
• Hosting provider — the server that runs the website and stores the database.

Government authorities — only in cases and in the manner provided by law. We do not sell data or share it for advertising.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use only essential cookies: account sign-in and form protection. Your cart, favourites, language and theme are kept in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent to the server until you place an order. There are no advertising or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but your account will stop working.

7. Storage and security

Data is stored on a secured server, the website works over HTTPS only, and only the shop owner has database access. Order data is kept as long as needed for the contract, warranty and accounting (usually up to 3 years), requests up to 1 year, raw statistics up to 180 days. We delete your account and related data on request, except what the law requires us to keep.

8. Your rights

Under Article 8 of the Law “On Personal Data Protection” you may:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct inaccurate data or have it deleted;
• withdraw consent and object to processing;
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
